Martin Brothers is Accura's primary supplier for all food and beverage needs.Martin Bros. is a family & employee-owned full-line foodservice distributor celebrating over 80 years in serving foodservice operations in the Midwest. Specializing in senior living, Martin Bros. not only delivers quality food products, beverages, chemicals, janitorial & housekeeping supplies, as well as small/large equipment, they offer a plethora of value-added services. Their team of dietitians supports Accura communities in seasonal menu development aligning with dining, budget & regulatory goals as well as supports an integrative tray card program. They offer free monthly webinars, onboarding resources, theme events, and toolkits addressing dining satisfaction, food safety, dementia and more. Office Supplies

Our primary office products supplier is Staples. Though HPSI, we have secured contract pricing on approximately 100 quality products that our communities most frequently use including paper and toner.Your office products purchases should be made through Procurement Partners. Once you transition into the Staples site to begin developing your order, please look to the right side of the screen for the Accura Preferred Items Shopping List. This Shopping List should be the first place that you reference when looking to order office products as these items will provide our communities with the best combination of price and quality. If you cannot find all the items that you need within the shopping list, you should then proceed to searching through the remainder of the Staples Advantage website to find the items that you need to complete your order.For any questions regarding your Staples Account or to ensure that your Staples Advantage profile is set-up properly for ordering through Procurement Partners, please reach out to your dedicated Staples Representative - Joseph Renna joseph.renna@staples.com.

Paint

All Accura communities have access to major discounts for quality paints through the HPSI Sherwin Williams program.Sherwin Williams is not set-up for on-line purchases through Procurement Partners. In order to ensure that you are receiving your contracted pricing, you will want to ensure that you set-up and share your Sherwin Williams account number with your local Sherwin Williams store. Once this number is entered, you will receive the HPSI pricing.Items Covered:

Dairy

We recommend two primary options for our communities' dairy purchases: Martin Brothers and Anderson Erickson.Martin Brothers provides the most convenient option for purchasing dairy through your normal food ordering process. You can trust Martin Brothers to provide you with quality products and a very cost effective price.As Iowa's favorite Dairy, Anderson Erickson products are also available through HPSI.If interested in using Anderson Erickson, please reach out to Angie Bruns and HPSI to complete the simple process to ensure that your account and pricing is set-up properly.

Bakery

In addition to being able to purchase most baked goods that our communities might need through Martin Brothers, HPSI does offer our communities with the option of establishing an account with Bimbo Bakeries for specialty Baked Goods.Please contact Angie Bruns at HPSI if you have an interest in learning more about this program or if you already have an account but do not currently benefit from HPSI pricing.
